At Ayvan Pty Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Incorrect colour selection
• Incorrect size selection

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If, at our sole discretion, we agree to accept a change-of-mind return, the following conditions will apply:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The return must be approved by us before it is sent back.

Made to Order & Special Order Products

Made-to-order, custom-made and special-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide a repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards but the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.
