Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ayvan Hardware, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Custom or special-order products.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If rejected, we will contact you with the reason and return the item to you.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us before sending anything back.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Contact@ayvan.com.au or call 03 9017 0217 to notify us of your return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Drop off or send the item to our store address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
