Welcome to the Ayvan website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order if a product is unavailable.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

Please note that colours, finishes and materials may appear slightly different depending on your screen or may vary slightly between production batches. This is especially common with brushed, aged, timber and other natural finishes.

Made to Order Items

Custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for you.

These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and freight services.
• Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise advised.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if any item is damaged, incorrect or missing.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect colour or incorrect size selection.

If we agree to accept a return, a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges may apply.

Warranty & Consumer Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor, we may repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation or misuse of a product.
• Damage caused by failing to follow manufacturer instructions.
• Normal variations in colour, finish or natural materials.
• Delays caused by suppliers, couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to process your order, provide customer service and improve our business.
